The Technical Stuff
Whether you're an early career leader or seasoned executive, I know I can offer you and your company benefits. My mantra is: effective leadership is achieved by leading through others with an effective cadence of accountability. My focus is on the value of strong relationships, with the acknowledgement of how those relationships enable effective and efficient operations. My promise is that I will be there, as questions or issues arise, every step of the way.
My Expertise
My last formal executive role was at top ranked hospital, in the C suite, working closely with peer executives, the CEO and Board, and the physician leadership team. I have a wide range of leadership experience:
I led the development of a physician services organization and served as its President.
I facilitated in a "team of teams" structure I formed to take a top electronic medical record live in a complex, nationally ranked health system.
I guided the development of a 19 floor expansion critical care tower, from space planning, to design development to building the expanded team to staff some of the most complex inpatient units, operating rooms, and supporting outpatient spaces.
And I have even served as a President of a medicaid managed care plan, one of the largest in the country.
Leadership was key, and the subject matter expertise that was needed varied greatly. Leading through others, developing their talent with a well balanced approach of people, process and results is what I feel enabled my success.
